This service requires 2 hours minimum prior serving time so that we can prepare cooking area. It also requires a location with a minimum 8 ft X 8 ft level floor, ventilated and covered area (such as a terrace or canopy) and that allows gas cooking on site. (This service has a minimum of 20 guests)
